The foundation stone laying ceremony will begin at 12:55pm tomorrow, and the <em>bhoomi poojan</em> and foundation stone laying ceremony will take place at 1pm. A prayer ceremony where the Sarva Dharama Prarthana will be recited will be held at 1:30pm, followed by a speech by the Prime Minister at 2:15pm.
