DC chased down the target with four wickets and one over to spare.

They lost to GT by 37 runs in the next game but got their mojo back with three wins in a row, beating KKR, DC and RCB. They however suffered a loss against MI in their last game. They would look to get back to winning ways amid intense competition.

KKR’s journey so far: KKR sit third from the bottom with just three wins from 9 matches. They started off with a six wicket win over CSK in their opener. Then lost to RCB by 3 wickets. They bounced back to win by six wickets against PBKS. And then won successive matches for the first time with a win over Mumbai Indian. They however lost their way completely from them on as they lost to DC, SRH, RR, GT and DC. They really need a win here and consistency to have a chance for qualifying for play-offs.
