Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Sunday inaugurated several projects, including a 100-bed hospital and a veterinary boat ambulance in Majuli district. In a bid to improve preparedness for disaster and rescue operations, Sonowal also launched an emergency speed boat and five pump-operated rubber boats of the district authorities.
