Trinamool Congress had staged a walk out from Lok Sabhadenying the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill

On Tuesday Trinamool Congress walked out from Lok Sabha denying the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill.

Sudip Bandyopadhyay, the party leader said that the party was against “constitutional depravity” acted by the centre.

“If we take part in the voting, vote in favour or against the bill, we will become partners to the bill. We decide to walk out,” Bandyopadhyay stated.

He stated leaders of political parties should have been discussed regarding the major decisions taken by the government regarding the state.

He stated no inhumanity should take part in Jammu and Kashmir and the citizens of the state should stay with full assurance as Indian residents.

Bandyopadhyay stated that there were fears about the actions taken by the centre and circumstance should not worsen.

He also spoke regarding the house detention of leaders of PDP and National Conference.

Trinamool Congress had staged a walk out from Rajya Sabha on Monday while the bill was presented in the upper house.
