P Rajagopal, Saravana Bhavan owner’s law of life term was confirmed by Supreme Court on Friday for the murder of one of his employees, Prince Shanthakumar in 2001. The Supreme Court in 2009 had granted P Rajagopal a bail. The court has asked Rajgopal to surrender by July 7.
Five others were also imprisoned in the Prince Santhakumar murder case. According to the prosecution, Santhakumar, the husband of Jeevajyothi whom P Rajagopal wanted to marry, was murdered by the hotel owner’s henchmen after abducting him from his residence in Vellacherry in Chennai in October 2001. In 2001, October 31 Santhakumar’s body was found in the Kodai hills forest.Share this to your,
