Ronojoy Dutta, CEO, InterGlobe Aviation said, the growth plan of IndiGo continues unchanged and the airline’s management has the full backing of the company’s committee of directors to achieve it.
He,throu’ an email said these to his employees on Thursday.
InterGlobe Aviation controls and operates IndiGo airline which has around 44% share in the domestic passenger market.
“I want to assure you that the growth strategy of the airline remains unchanged and firmly in place, and the management is fully charged by the Board to implement it,” Dutta’s email read.
“I am sure you are all aware of the press reports regarding alleged disagreements between our two promoters Rahul Bhatia and Rakesh Gangwal,” he added.
He said that the company would continue its focus on generating worth for all stockholders, clients, employees and the communities it serves.
The severe variations have cropped up with the two chief promoters over plans and goals for the airline, as per the media reports.
In succession to fix the differences amicably and it does not harm airline’s functioning, Gangwal and Bhatia are seeking help from law firms J Sagar Associates and Khatian& Co, respectively.Share this to your,
