Exquisite Early Reviews for ‘The Lion King’

“The Lion King” beautifully animated film with heart and humour as per early reviews

A world premiere of Disney’s live-action remake of The Lion King was shown on Tuesday.

Fans of animated series and such kind of films eagerly waiting for the theatrical release on July 19, awaiting to know that previous reviews of the Jon Favreau directed have secured it as a visually spectacular adventure, complemented with a thumping framework score and stunning background voice given by Beyonce as Nala, Donald Glover, playing the lead role Simba, and their co-stars Chiwetel Ejiofor (Scar), Seth Rogen (Pumbaa), Keegan-Michael Key (Kamari), Alfre Woodard (Sarabi) and Billy Eichner (Timon).

The Lion King as “a game-changer for visual effects” as described by Erik Davis and further endorsed the technical features like music and character sentiments.

Davis appreciating the film, wrote, “#TheLionKing is visually immaculate & a game-changer for visual effects. It’s absolutely stunning in every way. The music shines (Glover & Beyoncé take it to another level), the performances are great (Timon, Pumbaa& Scar steal many scenes) & the emotions run HIGH. Truly great (sic).

Beatrice Verhoeven another viewer wrote, “Oh man #TheLionKing delivers. It’s a visual masterpiece that will leave you smiling and crying the whole time. It’s a true testament to the lasting effect Disney movies have on all generations. Timon and Pumbaa steal the show. And BEYONCE!!! #LionKing (sic).”

It is well-known that Hollywood films always have a good reception in Indian market. And this particular Walt Disney film have created enough anticipation towards the film in Indian region because of the popularity of the previous animation film, and as well as teaser and trailer were applauded and considered to be nostalgic for 90’s born.

In India the film is dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu languages.

In Hindi dubbing version, the ‘King Khan’ Shah Rukh Khan voices ‘Mufasa’ and his Son Aryan for ‘Simba’. And, Ashish Vidyarthi voices for the villan ‘Scar’.

In both Tamil & Telugu dubbing version, P. Ravi Shankar(Ramayya Vasthavayya) voices for ‘Mufasa’.

In Tamil, Sidhaarth(Aayutha Yezhuththu) voices for ‘Simba’ and Aishwarya Rajesh for ‘Nala’. Aravind Swamy(Thani Oruvan) voices for the villan ‘Scar’.

In Telugu, Nani(Jersey) voices for ‘Simba’ and Jagapathi Babu for thr villan ‘Scar’. And playback singer Lipsika for ‘Nala’.

‘The Lion King’ releases on July 19,2019 in India.
