Death toll in Sri Lanka raises to 359 and more suspects have been captured

Police spokesman RuwanGunasekara said Wednesday that 18 suspects arrested overnight, raising the total detained to 58. The Prime Minister on Tuesday informed that several suspects loaded with bombs were still at large.

The top government official said that the suicide bombings at the churches, hotels. The other sites carried out by Islamic fundamentalists in apparent retaliation for the New Zealand mosque massacre last month. Prime Minister of Sri Lanka, Ranil Wickremesinghe said that detectives were still learning the extent of the bombers’ foreign links.
