Until now, three songs from Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Bharat’ have got released, they have made quite a buzz.
After ‘Slow Motion’, ‘Chashni’, and ‘Aithey Aa’, the film’s lead pair got along for an event to launch the 4th song- ‘Zinda’.
The film’s director, Ali Abbas Zafar, is getting his debut as a composer and lyricist with the song, that is also the film’s anthem. Ali have penned and set it to tune with Julius Packiam, who have also worked on the background score of the period-drama.
When Ali was asked about how exactly Salman reacted to this advancement, Ali laughed and asserted, “Bhai doesn’t know yet, we don’t share these small details, he knows I keep doing something or the other. But this time I think he will be surprised. Of course, he’ll pull my leg, saying, ‘So now, you’ve starting writing songs too, now you will ask for an extra cheque.’ That’s the kind of bond we share.”
The song is sung by Vishal Dadlani, from the composer duo of Vishal-Shekhar, who may have combined on the album of the film.
‘Bharat’, that also stars Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Sunil Grover and Tabu in vital roles, shows the journey of a man between the ages 18 and 70. “The journey of a man and a nation together,” reveals the film’s punchline. Given its extensive timescale, Salman will likely be seen sporting five different looks to depict different stages in the film.
The film marks the 3rd collaboration between Salman and Ali. The actor-director duo has earlier combined for films ‘Sultan’ (2016) and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ (2017). ‘Bharat’ is scheduled to hit the theatres on Eid, June 5, 2019.Share this to your,
