All India Football Federation conducts online courses for coaches

The All India Football Federation is providing online training courses for coaches. This initiative was noted and praised by the Director of Sports Authority of India (SAI) Sandip Pradhan.

This course, lasting 13 days, began on April 20.

“SAI has always sought to update the coaches’ knowledge base because every sport is developing, and if coaches are not aware of these changes, they will not be able to provide athletes with the best training,” said the SAI CEO.

“I am very pleased with the efforts of AIFF to make the online session for football coaches a success. Football is developing in India with great success, and in the future, SAI and AIFF will undertake many such interesting projects, ”Pradhan added.

This course will be supervised by AIFF instructors as well as the head coach of the men’s team Igor Stimac and technical director Isac Doru.

This course was able to attract the best specialists in each field to conduct training sessions, and the participation of trainers was overwhelming in all disciplines.

AIFF Secretary-General Kushal Das said the online course will help trainers update their knowledge.

“The two-week continuing education course is a brilliant initiative. AIFF understands the value of switching to digital broadcasting, and since the whole country remains locked at home, we are pleased to provide trainers with the opportunity to update their knowledge. I have to thank SAI for their support and cooperation, “Das said.
