The Odisha government on Friday issued fresh guidelines banning large congregations for religious festivals, as the state’s COVID-19 tally mounted to 3,39,694 with 234 new cases. Seventy-three more people were cured of the disease during the day, taking the total number of recoveries to 3,36,482, which is 99.05 per cent of the caseload.
